The Tioga Velo Club has donated two club kits for CYLRR prizes. Short sleeve medium tops; and, large regular cycling shorts. The jersey and shorts will be given as a set. They put on the Binghamton Circuit Race on April 27th. Two fun weekends of racing in a row!

The prizes keep coming. This year's Check Your Legs Road Race promises to be the best race ever. is ONLY $5!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two seperate categories both doing 2 laps. Mens 3-4-5 and Womens. I'm trying to get together 10 cool prizes to give out to the top riders. 1st place man and woman will have the first two picks. Prizes will be divided equally in proportion to the 2 fields. ( For example if there are 80 men and 20 women....the guys will get 8 prizes and the girls will get 2 prizes. ) Tastey food and drinks afterwards for everyone.

On a glorious fall Sunday of the 2007 Columbus Day weekend, Brewery Ommegang, near Cooperstown, NY opened their grounds to a cyclocross race.

The course was great for the participants and for the spectators who could see the cyclists over most of the course from the finish line behind the beautiful brewery building.

6:45 AM.....Just drove the course and riding conditions are too dangerous to race. Race is Cancelled for 4-15-07.

The forecast looks grim...but the Check Your Legs Road Race will run if conditions permit. We won't be sending
anyone out if it's dangerous.....but if the roads are clear of snow...the race will be on. Bring your cold weather gear and Winter bikes. The course is in decent shape. There are lots of baked goods to be eaten after you get done racing. Paris Roubaix is for the soft riders......Ride the Check Your Legs RR and you will be ready for anything the 2007 racing season throws at you!!!!
