COOPERSTOWN, NY, MARCH 6, 2012: In conjunction with Girls on the
Run Central New York, Gripped Films is pleased to announce two
special screening events of an intimate presentation of a series
of three to five minute features filmed at the 2011 Tour de France

The NYSBRA has graciously donated two grants to CNYC to help promote CYLRR. The first grant allows all present NYS Road Racing Champions to race for free. You will be expected to wear your RR Champs Jersey !
The second grant is for an additional USA Cycling Official. New Officials need on the job experience.
The NYSBRA grant allows us to hire a second official who does not have as much experience to assist our Chief Official. THANKS NYSBRA. Now Come on out and race.

New Start/Finish. More Miles. More Categories.

For 2012 the Check Your Legs Road Race registration is now located at the New Lisbon Town Hall, located at 908 County Road 16, Garrattsville, NY 13342.
The 2012 race is now held on Saturday so we do not compete with other races. This gives you the chance to race two exciting races in one weekend! ARE YOU UP FOR THAT?
The race is held at a 12.5 Mile Loop with two challenging 1/2 mile climbs. Gearing advice is 39x25.
Race Start is at the Town Hall. Finish is a ± 300 yard uphill road with 3-5% grade coming into Garrattsville on Hwy 51 from the West. Category 1-2-3 racers will receive upgrade points if 5 racers participate, so come all.

The last USPP TT of the year coincided with the Elite Mens Time Trial in Denmark. No medals were given out for the USPP event. But we estimated that if Tony Martin would have ridden our TT this evening he would have finished in a time of 31:30. You gotta be fast if you want to beat Otsego County riders. Better luck next year Tony.
